Everything in Onetrace starts with a project. Each one of your real-life projects or sites can be represented as a project within Onetrace!
Selecting a Template
The first section is deciding which template to use. We always recommend choosing a template, to begin with. Start from scratch is building your own fields and job forms if you don't want to use pre-installed ones.
You are able to use the pre-installed templates we have on the system. All the templates are customizable and you can add them to your projects when you start.

Does your project have drawings?
Onetrace has the facility to mark up the location of works on a drawing. Select Yes if you want to use this feature.
If you don't have drawings then don't worry as Onetrace can be used without drawings as well.
Tip: If you want to mark up drawings but you do not have them yet, don't worry as you can always change this setting and upload them later. |

Do you want to set up your first block now?
Onetrace allows you to organize your locations by blocks and levels which makes it easier for your operatives to find the right drawings and allows you to run more in-depth reports. To start creating your site, please enter the name of your first block. Don't worry, you can create more blocks later.
Once done click Continue
⚠️ Please note: If you would like to only use the Drawings functions instead of the site tab, You will be able to change this in the settings in the project or have the option to use "simple mode" when creating your project |
Levels

Enter the name of the first level, for example, Ground or Level 01.
Press enter on your keyboard or press the ✔️ to add the level
