Follow this step-by-step guide to add operatives or members to your projects on your Onetrace account.

You can easily add your operatives to the projects you've created within your Onetrace account with just a few clicks.

This article will guide you through the necessary steps to invite your operatives to your Projects on Onetrace.


Steps To Add Operatives or Members to a Project

1. Log into your account at Onetrace.cloud

2. Select the Project you wish to invite your operative to and select Settings from the top bar.

3. Click Users from the options in the left-hand menu.

4. Click the Member dropdown, choose a member from the list and click Add Member button.

✨ You can enable Permissions for the member as per your requirement to either start their own jobs using the app, edit the entire project or both. For this example, we are enabling both.

By following these steps you will be able to add your members or operatives to your projects within your Onetrace account.
