Steps to Add Operative Rates

The Operative Rates tab automatically determines how much the operative is paid for the material being used.

1. Click the Operative Rates tab.

🚨 You can specify a flat amount, a cost per unit of material used, or both for a specific job.

🚨You can add multiple tiers of costs for different quantities of material used by clicking the + Add Another Tier tab.

Example:

"For up to 0.1 m2" of ablative batt the company will charge "£5.00 Flat Amount" and so on.

2. Click the Save Changes button.

By following these steps you will be able to add in your operative rates for any project within your Onetrace account.

Steps to Add Charge Rates

The Charge Rates tab automatically determines how much the client is to be charged based on the usage of the material.

You can create a list of the materials you’ll be using and set the pricing to inform your clients how much they’ll be charged for it.

1. Click the Charge Rates tab.

🚨 You can specify a flat amount, a cost per unit of material used, or both for a specific job.

Example:

"For up to 0.1 m2" of ablative batt the company will charge "£10.00 Flat Amount" and so on.
