How To Add Multiple/Single Operatives to a Job

Follow this guide to assign a job to multiple operatives or a single operative within seconds on your Onetrace Account.

This article will walk you through the steps to schedule jobs by adding multiple operatives or individual members to a particular job.

🚨 Each of your operatives or team members will need an active seat on your Onetrace account to be able to schedule jobs for them.


Steps to Add Single/Multiple Operatives to a Job

  1. Log into your account at Onetrace.cloud

  2. Select the Projects tab from the options in the left-hand menu.

  3. Select the Project to which you want to add single or multiple operatives.

  4. Click Jobs from the top bar to schedule a job.

  5. Click the Schedule Jobs button from the right-hand side.

  6. Click Add an Operative drop-down menu to start assigning the operatives to the job.

  7. Click the Continue button to save the changes.

By following these steps you will be able to assign multiple operatives or a single operative to a job within your Onetrace account.
