With Onetrace, your operatives can access their to-do lists on the go from their mobile phones.
In this article, we will walk you through the steps to access the to-do lists within your Onetrace mobile app:
Steps to Access the To-Do List From the App
Log into your account via the Onetrace mobile app.
Select the Jobs tab from the bottom left corner of your mobile screen.
Press the + Plus in the bottom right-hand corner.
Select the Project you need to work on. For this example, we are choosing Onetrace Project.
Select the Job form. For this example, we are choosing Fire Stopping Install.
Press the Start Job button.
Press the + Plus in the bottom right-hand corner.
Press the Select the From "To Do" List option.
Choose the Block. For this example, we are choosing Block B.
Choose the Level. For this example, we are choosing Level 0.
Press the Pin on the drawing that needs additional work done. For this example, we are choosing Pin 932.
Press the Select Location > button.
Fill out your Job Form as necessary.
After completing the work, press the < back arrow.
To submit the job form press the Submit button.
Press the + Plus in the bottom right-hand corner to repeat the process on another pin/location.
By following these steps you will be able to access the to-do list on your mobile phone within your Onetrace account.
