How To Refresh/Sync Your Onetrace Mobile App

Follow this step-by-step guide to refresh your Onetrace Account using your mobile phone.

With Onetrace, your operatives can access their Onetrace account on the go from their mobile phones.

In this article, we will walk you through the steps to refresh your app to sync your account to reflect the changes that were made using the main system:

🚨 Please make sure you have a signal on your mobile device while refreshing/syncing.


Steps to Refresh/Sync Your Mobile App

  1. Log into your account via the Onetrace mobile app.

  2. Select the Jobs tab from the bottom left corner of your mobile screen.

  3. Press the + Plus in the bottom right-hand corner.

  4. Select the Project you need to refresh/sync. For this example, we are choosing Onetrace Project.

  5. Select the Job form that was updated using the main system. For this example, we are choosing Fire Stopping Install.

  6. Press the Start Job button.

  7. Press the Refresh button to refresh/sync your mobile app with the main system.

  8. This pop-up will appear and your app will be refreshed and synced.

By following these steps you will be able to refresh your mobile phone app with the changes that were made to your main system within your Onetrace account.
