Within Onetrace, you can provide guest access to your clients or anyone else involved in your projects. This provides them with real-time visibility of a project's progress.

In this article, we will walk you through the steps to provide guests with access to your projects.
Steps to Invite Guests to Your Projects
Log into your account at Onetrace.cloud
Select the Projects tab from the options in the left-hand menu.
Select the Project you want to invite the guest to.
Click Settings from the top bar to make changes.
Click the Users tab from the options in the left-hand menu.
From the pop-up that appears on the screen click the Guests button.
Click the + Invite Guest button.
Add the email address of the person you want to invite.
Click the Invite button.
By following these steps you will be able to add your clients as your guests to your projects within your Onetrace account.
Roles and Permissions for Guests
1. The admin reserves the right to assign read-only access to guests for the chosen projects.
2. Guests are restricted from making changes or completing tasks through the mobile app.
3. Only clients or third-party members other than the admins themselves can modify any data should you wish to share the platform with them. Any information related to pricing will not be visible.
What your added guests can do:
See the projects that you invite them to
View all jobs and job items recorded on a project
View all drawings and pins on a project
Generate reports
What your added guests cannot do:
Add, edit, or delete any information
View prices or rates
View or download "private" files
