How To Duplicate Job Forms

Follow this step-by-step guide to learn how to duplicate your job forms on your Onetrace Account.

In this article, we will walk you through the steps to duplicate your job forms within the same project on your Onetrace account:


Steps for Duplicating Your Job Forms

  1. Log into your account at Onetrace.cloud

  2. Select the Settings tab from the options in the left-hand menu.

  3. From the Project Templates tab select the Project you wish to work on. For example in this case we are selecting: Fire Door Project.

  4. Select Job Forms from the options in the left-hand menu.

  5. Choose the form you need to duplicate. For example in this case we are choosing: Fire Door Install.

  6. Hover your cursor on the right-hand side of your chosen form and click on the three dots.

  7. From the drop-down menu select Duplicate.

  8. Scroll down and click the Create button. An exact replica of the job form will be created.

By following these steps you will be able to create a duplicate job form within the same project within your Onetrace account.
