With Onetrace, you can create your own material fields and add them to your job forms.

How to Create Materials Field for Your Job Forms
1. Log into your account at Onetrace.cloud
2. Select the Settings tab from the options in the left-hand menu.
3. Click the Project Templates tab from the top bar. Select the Project Template you want to work on. For this example, we are choosing Fire Door Project.
4. Select the Fields tab from the options in the left-hand menu.
5. Click the + Add Field button.
6. Add the Field Name under the blank column.
7. From the Field Type dropdown menu select Materials.
8. Click the Create button.
🚨 After you set everything up in Materials field Type, your operatives on the app using their mobile phones will have the option to add measurements and quantities for every material specified.
After creating materials fields you will be redirected to the project templates screen. Follow the below-mentioned steps to add your materials field to your job forms:
How to Add Materials Field to Your Job Forms
1. Select the Job Forms tab from the options in the left-hand menu.
2. Choose the Job Form you want to add the materials field to.
3. Hover your cursor on the right-hand side of your chosen form and click on the three dots and click the Edit button.
4. Click the + Select The Fields button.
5. Select all the fields you want to include in your job forms by clicking the Check Boxes on the right of each item.
6. Click the Select button to save your selection.
7. Click Update.
By following these steps you will be able to add your materials field to your job forms within your Onetrace account.
