Onetrace empowers you with a swift approval process for your projects to provide quick feedback to your operatives and oversee the progress of the work being conducted. Seeking approvals and providing feedback helps raise standards and ensures a high quality of the work is being carried out.

The approvals review process begins when your operatives submit the job forms. Once submitted, the approver reviews the work that was carried out to determine the quality. If the completed job meets the required quality standard you can approve the job. If not, you can choose to reject the job and provide feedback suggesting the necessary changes.

In Progress

This is when an operative is still carrying out the work.

⬇

In Review

The operative submitted the work, triggering the review process. This status lasts until the approver approves or rejects the work.

⬇

Approved

If the reviewer is happy with the operative's work, they can approve the work and no further action is needed.

Rejected

If the reviewer identifies any issues, they can reject the job and provide feedback. Feedback would be sent to the operative's inbox to make amends and re-submit the job.

🚨 The operative will be able to see the rejected job along with the instructions to make necessary changes within the Inbox of their Onetrace app.
