Onetrace empowers you with a swift approval process for your projects to provide quick feedback to your operatives and oversee the progress of the work being conducted.
In this article, we will walk you through the steps to set up approvals and enable them on your chosen job forms.
Steps to Create Approvals for Your Project
1. Log into your account at Onetrace.cloud
2. Select the Projects tab from the options in the left-hand menu.
3. Select the Project you want to set up the approval for.
4. Go to the Settings tab from the top bar.
5. Select Approvals from the options in the left-hand menu.
6. Click the +Add Stage button.
7. Add the Field Name, Declaration and User/users that can sign the approval.
8. Click the Create button.
π¨ After creating the Approval Field, you will need to enable approvals on your job forms. The steps for enabling approvals are outlined below.
How to Enable the Approvals for a Specific Job Form
9. Select Job Forms from the options in the left-hand menu.
10. Hover your cursor on the right-hand side of the form in which you wish to enable the approvals option. You'll see three dots. Click them and select the Edit option. For this example, we are choosing the Fire Stopping Install job form.
11. Scroll down and enable the Approvals switch and select the Update button.
12. To view the approval you've just created and enabled on the job form select the Approvals tab from the options in the left-hand menu.
β¨ You'll see a list of all the job forms that currently have enabled approvals.
13. Enable the option to allow the approvers to reject or accept items in bulk by checking this box.
By following these steps you will be able to create approvals and enable them on the job forms of your choice in your Onetrace account.
