Onetrace comes packed with pre-built sections and functionalities to help you get started with your projects. Within your account, you will find customisable sections that allow you to tailor the fields per your projects' specifications.
In this article, we will walk you through the different Project Fields that you can customise using the Fields tab located within your Project Settings:

Job Items Fields
By using the Job Items fields options, you can define how your operatives capture information for each installation or remedial work. Upon completing a job, your operatives will record the necessary information into the job item fields within the form using the app.
Example: Before and after photos.
Locations Fields
By using the Locations fields your operatives can record more specific information regarding a specific pin or location. Once you've added the information to your forms using the Onetrace main system, your operatives will be able to see this on their Onetrace mobile app.
Example: Door number.
Specifications Fields
Using this field option you can add the details to the specs that you have created for your operatives.
Example: Fire rating
Job Overviews
Using this field option you can set one-time questions for your operatives to fill out. Once set up, the job overview fields won't need to be manually filled out on each item of work.

Steps to Create the Fields Within Your Project Settings
Log into your account at Onetrace.cloud
Select the Projects tab from the options in the left-hand menu.
Select the Project you want to modify.
Click Settings from the top bar to make changes.
Click the Fields tab from the options in the left-hand menu.
You can make modifications by switching between Job Items, Locations, Specifications and Job Overviews.
By following these steps you will be able to access the Fields tab for any project within your Onetrace account.
