Resolve Rejected Approvals and Re-Submit Jobs on the Onetrace App

With Onetrace, your operatives can view rejections, carry out the resolution work and re-submit job forms on the go using their mobile phones.

In this article, we will walk you through the necessary steps.


Steps to View Rejected Approvals, Begin Resolution Work and Re-Submit Forms

1. Log into your account via the Onetrace mobile app.


2. Select the Inbox tab from the bottom of your mobile screen and press the Items pending resolution button.

3. Select the project where the resolution work needs to take place.

4. Select the Block. For this example, we are selecting Block C.

5. Select the Level. For this example, we are selecting Level 0.

6. Press the Locations button.

7. Select the Job Form you need to view.

8. Scroll down and press the Begin resolution button.

9. You’ll find the reason why the job was rejected. For this example, the resolution work requires the operative to upload the before/after images. Incorporate the recommended changes and fill out the job form.

10. Scroll down and confirm that the work is done correctly by checking the tick box on the left.

11. Press the Submit button.

12. You’ll be redirected and the ‘No items pending resolution’ message will be displayed.

By following these steps you will be able to view the rejected jobs, begin the resolution work and re-submit from your mobile phone app.
