Onetrace can generate QR codes for your projects that allow you to tag all fire protection work carried out on-site. Raising compliance and ensuring that vital information is readily available on site.

We can generate QR codes on your behalf and share them with you over an Excel spreadsheet. You can then take these QR codes to a printing company of your choice, which will convert them into an image and print them with your own logo and company information.

๐Ÿšจ We can generate a minimum of 100 QR code links and a maximum of 20,000 QR code links.

Process for Your Operatives:

1. After completing a job onsite, your operatives will stick a QR Code label on the work or wall close to the completed job.

2. Your operative will scan the QR Code against the job item on the Onetrace App. Linking the code to the completed job item in the system.

3. Any future Onetrace user that scans the same QR code will be taken directly to the information of all the work that has been done previously on that specific pin/location stored within the QR Code on their Onetrace system.

4. For any future job, your operative can scan the QR code using their phone and add additional job forms to add on the running history of all work done at that specific location.

๐ŸšจFor Example:

After completing a survey, you can tag the location using a QR code that your operatives can scan when they go to perform an installation, enabling them to retrieve all the relevant information.
